会议预通知（第一轮）| 2024中非产业合作与跨境电商发展论坛

2024年中非合作论坛峰会在北京举行，中国同所有非洲建交国的双边关系提升到战略关系层面，中非关系整体定位提升至新时代全天候中非命运共同体，中非合作进入新的发展阶段。

为进一步深化中非经贸合作，助推中非经贸合作和跨境电子商务高质量发展，浙江师范大学拟于2024年11月8日举办2024中非产业合作与跨境电商发展论坛（线下会场：浙江师范大学正阳会议中心）。初步安排：报到时间为11月7日下午；正式会议时间为11月8日下午2点-5点30。

针对上述背景，本论坛拟就“新时代中非产业合作与跨境电商高质量发展”这一主题，结合《关于共筑新时代全天候中非命运共同体的北京宣言》以及《中非合作论坛-北京行动计划(2025-2027)》等，围绕新形势下中非经贸领域产业合作、跨境电商发展与投资机遇、举措、风险防范等开展研讨，助力中非产业深度对接，助推中非产业合作转型升级与跨境电商高质量发展。

为此，我们诚邀涉非管理部门、研究机构、专家学者和企业等拨冗参会，共同商讨新时代中非经贸合作和跨境电子商务高质量发展路径和推进方案。如果相关单位和个人拟报名参会，请填写附件中的回执，并于10月15日前将回执发送至邮箱：jgxkb@zjnu.cn。

Pre-notification（The First Round）| Forum on 2024 China-Africa Industrial Cooperation and Cross-border E-commerce Development

The 2024 Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, was held in Beijing.China, together with the established diplomatic relations African countries has intensified bilateral collaboration and will elevate China-Africa relations to strategic partnership.The overall positioning of China-Africa relations has been upgraded to All-Weather Community with a Shared Future for China and Africa in the New Era, and China-Africa cooperation has embarked on a new stage of development.

To further deepen China-Africa economic and trade cooperation, promote high-quality development of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation and cross-border e-commerce, Zhejiang Normal University, together with Jinhua People’s Municipal Government will convene a forum on 2024 China-Africa Industrial Cooperation and Cross-border E-commerce Development on8th, November in Zhejiang Normal University, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province.(Schedule Arrangement: Registration on Nov.7^thafternoon,Opening at 14:00 in the afternoon, Nov.8^th )

In response to the background above, combined with the “Beijing Declaration on Building an All-Weather Community with a Shared Future for China and Africa in the New Era”, “Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Beijing Action Plan (2025-2027)”, this forum will focus discussions on China- Africa industrial cooperation in economic and trade area, Cross-border E-commerce and investment opportunities, measures, and risk prevention on the theme of “China-Africa Industrial Cooperation and High-quality development of Cross-border E-commerce”. By jointly discussing countermeasures, the forum is to assist in deep integration of China-Africa industries, boost the transformation and upgrading of China-Africa industrial cooperation and high-quality development of cross-border E-commerce.

Therefore, we sincerely invite Africa-related service departments, research institutions, experts, scholars, and enterprises to attend the conference and jointly discuss the high-quality development path and promotion plan of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation and cross-border e-commerce in the new era.If you choose to attend the meeting, please fill in the attachment and send it to the email: jgxkb@zjnu.cn before October 15^th.
